Thank you for shopping at The Daily Canine! We are committed to getting our 5-in-1 Signature Wash to your doorstep as quickly, safely, and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and packaged within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship directly across the United States. Shipping options and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 business days after fulfillment.

• Multi-Bottle Bundles (2+ Bottles): Qualify for FREE Standard Shipping automatically applied at checkout!

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing your carrier tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking activity to register in the carrier’s system.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at customersupport@thedailycanine.com with your name and order number, and our team will gladly investigate it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carrier delivery restrictions apply to P.O. Boxes. If our preferred carrier cannot deliver to the P.O. Box address provided at checkout, we will reach out directly via email to update your shipping address prior to dispatching your package.
